Children possess a remarkable capacity for learning new and unfamiliar things, thanks to their open minds and natural abilities. They are fully capable of learning authentic forms without the need for simplification. When inspired, they engage deeply, learn effectively, and take genuine joy in the art. Many students have exhibited inspiring success stories that reflect this potential.

Tai Chi for Kids

Cari Shurman

For over 25 years, I have trained hundreds of teachers in schools in the US and abroad to use Tai Chi for Kids in their classes. The visualization of the animals and nature is relaxing. A 10 minute Tai Chi for Kids break improves focus, cooperation, creativity, self-esteem and creates a better learning atmosphere.

Testimonials: "I love doing the Tai Chi Elephant because I had never been to Africa before." Jimmy 3rd grade

"Once I began to do 10 minutes of Tai Chi for Kids everyday all the students performed better!"  5th grade teacher

The ABChi's

Website: Radiance Wellness

Video link: The ABChi's

The ABChi's are a fun and accessible way for kids of all ages to learn qigong (mindful movement). They work well as short 1-5 minute "brain breaks" or longer periods of 15 - 30 minutes. These practices are easy to learn so parents and educators can immediately incorporate them at home or in school. The ABChi's have been very well received wherever they've been taught and work well both online and in person.

Mindful Moments

Monique Vacval

m_vacval@hotmail.com

Mindful Moments are short, intentional exercises that give children an opportunity to settle their energy and prepare their minds for learning. They learn to recognize when their energy is too high or too low and can set personal goals related to focus, listening, sharing and learning.
