Children possess a remarkable capacity for learning new and unfamiliar things, thanks to their open minds and natural abilities. They are fully capable of learning authentic forms without the need for simplification. When inspired, they engage deeply, learn effectively, and take genuine joy in the art. Many students have exhibited inspiring success stories that reflect this potential.

The ABChi's are a fun and accessible way for kids of all ages to learn qigong (mindful movement). They work well as short 1-5 minute "brain breaks" or longer periods of 15 - 30 minutes. These practices are easy to learn so parents and educators can immediately incorporate them at home or in school. The ABChi's have been very well received wherever they've been taught and work well both online and in person.

Mindful Moments
