Joanne R. Bobek earned a B.S. in Medical Technology from Moravian College; an M.A. in Education (concentration in Educational Administration) from Lehigh University; and an M.A. in Pastoral Ministry/Spirituality from Boston College. 
She retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Education in the Center for Data Quality and Information Technology.
